Cooking Instructions
10 steps
Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and salt for 30 minutes
Heat oil and butter in a handi or heavy-bottomed pan
Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown
Add green chilies and sauté for 1 minute
Add marinated chicken and cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes
Add tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes
Add cashew paste and mix well, cook for 5 minutes
Add fresh cream and crushed kasuri methi, simmer for 5 minutes
Add garam masala and mix gently
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot in handi
