Cooking Instructions

Marinate chicken with yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, tikka masala powder, and salt for 2 hours
Grill or bake the marinated chicken at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until charred
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown
Add remaining ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
Add tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes
Add bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add grilled chicken tikka pieces and mix well
Add fresh cream, kasuri methi, and garam masala. Simmer for 5 minutes
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot
