Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and bay leaf, let them splutter

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for 2 minutes

Add minced meat and cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking lumps

Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and oil separates

Add green peas and mix well

Add a little water if needed, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until keema is cooked

Add garam masala and mix well

10

Garnish with fresh coriander and julienned ginger, serve hot
